About Kyle J. Johnson

Before joining Andre, Morris & Buttery, Kyle practiced in Visalia, California as a partner at Johnson & Black, LLP, where he focused on estate planning, trust administration, probate, business planning and formation, and real estate transaction matters.

Kyle, his wife, and their two rescue dogs moved to San Luis Obispo in 2025 and are excited for this next chapter of their lives. With longstanding family ties to San Luis Obispo County, Kyle is enthusiastic about using the experience he’s gained from the Central Valley to serve his new community on the Central Coast.

Kyle earned his Juris Doctor from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Financial Services from San Diego State University, graduating cum laude.

Business & Community

Kyle is a member of the State Bar of California, the San Luis Obispo County Bar Association, the Tulare County Bar Association, and the Tulare-Kings Counties Estate Planning Council, where he serves as a Board Member.
