Rate Schedule

$350 per hour for mediation session (no minimums) including routine pre- and post-mediation review and communications. Some cases may call for hourly charges for such work, only with prior consent of the parties.


Counsel are strongly urged to submit briefs five (5) days before the mediation. The potential exchange of briefs with the parties can be discussed with the mediator prior to the mediation.
